Terms of purchase
Return
Liebling offers a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused goods from the day you receive the goods. The item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition in packaging and with all labels still on the product. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the product well, products damaged in shipping are not accepted and are not refunded. Returns from outside of Sweden is arranged and paid for by the customer.
No return or right of cancellation on socks, swimwear or underwear. Return packages may not be sent against cash on delivery.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping is SEK 59 within Sweden, SEK 120 to Denmark, SEK 199 within the rest of the EU.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside the EU.
All orders that exceed SEK 1,000 are sent free of charge within Sweden.
Order confirmation
When the order is placed in the online store, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you via e-mail. Contact us at Liebling if you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours.
Payment method
To enter into an agreement with Liebling, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are a minor, legal guardian's permission is required.
You can choose direct payment with Visa, Mastercard or Stripe.
Delivery
Normal delivery time is 3-7 days after placing the order. We send our deliveries with DB Schenker. The package is sent to your delivery point. The shipment is trackable and notified by e-mail or SMS. If you want SMS notification, you must enter your mobile number when ordering. The shipping price for your order is stated and paid at the time of purchase. We deliver in Sweden and within the EU. We reserve the right that goods may be out of stock and will notify you via e-mail in such cases. It is then possible to cancel part of the order or the whole order, or have the remaining goods sent at a later time.
Complaints and transport damage
If an item is defective or packed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know what is wrong. Liebling is responsible for shipping in the event of an approved complaint. If the package has received shipping damage, it must be reported immediately at the delivery points.
Unclaimed packages
If the package is not picked up, it is sent back to Liebling. Please note that if you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will charge you SEK 300.
Reservation
Liebling reserves the right for any typing errors on the page. We try to do our best for true color reproduction in our images, but we cannot influence the fact that colors can be perceived in different ways on different screens. We reserve the right to change prices and other information from one day to another.
Force majeure
We disclaim responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include war, war-like events, civil war, revolution or insurrection or due to government action, strike, lockout, blockade or similar event.
