Thit shorts from Danish Muse Wear. Classic and comfortable with elastic waist and side pockets. Made from a luxurious Tencel and linen blend. Designed in Thy, Denmark.

Material: 70% Tencel, 30% linen. This fabric is made in Portugal.

Tencel – or lyocell – is made from wood fibers (usually eucalyptus and birch sap) from sustainable forestry, which is either FSC-certified or has a similar certification. The conversion of wood fibers into textile fibers, used for Tencel/Lyocell, occurs in a closed-loop system. This means that chemicals and water are recycled and contaminated wastewater is not released into nature.

Tencel can be recycled and is biodegradable – unlike synthetic materials, such as polyester (plastic), which are primarily made from oil and natural gas, and which are not naturally biodegradable, and which also release microplastics when washed.
